Frequently Asked Questions

1We have a Diamond Pass. How can we get a Product Expo Booth or Experience Centre?

A Diamond Pass makes your startup eligible for Product Expo or Experience Centre. Your startup must submit an application to participate in the exhibition. However, submitting an application does not guarantee selection for exhibition. All applications will undergo an evaluation process, and the startups selected for Product Expo or Experience Centre will be intimated accordingly.

2Do we have to pay any fees?

Yes. Selected startups will be required to pay an additional fee. The fee details will be communicated to the selected startups.

3Do we get passes for the people participating in the Expo booth?

Yes. Each selected startup will receive two additional Gold Passes.

4What is the size of the stall?

Product Expo Booths: 1.2 m × 1.2 m. Experience Centres: 3 m × 2 m.

5Do we have to design and print the backdrop and fascia?

For Product Expo Booths, KSUM will handle the backdrop branding and print the startup name. Please refer to the previous Product Expo gallery to get an idea of the booth design and overall setup. For Experience Centres, the participating startups are responsible for designing and arranging their own backdrop branding.

6Can we bring standees?

Yes. One standee per startup is permitted. Due to space constraints at the venue, additional banners, flexes, or other large promotional displays will not be permitted. You may bring pamphlets or brochures.
